IT entertainment company LIVEONM completed the acquisition contract on the 14th for the iStardust project operated by LOUDLY SAGL and all business operational rights.
LIVEONM is a global IT entertainment company based in Korea. LIVEONM operates the global live broadcasting platform ‘Bbangya TV’ and is also a K-pop business company.
“LIVEONM” is engaged in various fields such as music recording, publishing, audio, and video content. Discover and produce talented artists and singer-songwriters, and aim to distribute, market, and promote music.
“LIVEONM” provides opportunities to collaborate with overseas musicians through business agreements with Universal Music Korea, and is doing its best to create global musicians through overseas expansion.
In addition, Bbangya TV, an online concert live platform company, provides a community and global platform for musicians and fans to communicate, and provides online performances around the world as well as offline performances.
LIVEONM is reorganizing its business, and through this acquisition, it plans to create new synergy by linking the existing k-pop-related business with the blockchain business.
